What to serve friends who want a little change and prefer semi vegetarian on those days:

artichoke asparagus frittata

chicken soup with fresh green peas and gnocchi

tender spring greens like mache, with hazelnuts, blueberries and goat cheese with fresh citrus & grape seed oil vinaigrette

greenie: dandelion, chard and beet greens, fennel bulb, raw almond butter,
