Spring Greeeenies

In spring time the savory Greenies are the most palpable and sweet in their own way.

All the tender shoots we find out in Nature.

BEWARE that there are poisonous herbs like Hemlock also, so only use plants you know for sure.

Dandelion, fennel bulb and weed, cilantro, chard, mustard, clover…take care to compose the flavors to complement each other rather than compete. Like in any good relationship:).

Add to that the young garlic and real spring onions, olive oil, sesame paste or almond butter.

Some Maca root powder if you need physical strength.

Bee pollen if you need a natural buzz.
